I am the only person with a plan to save   + the NGO’s have got to do it, coordinate, exercise full use of their power + demand Govt support.

I am Vivienne, fashion designer, artist, fundraiser. As an activist I have designed so many graphics, I put them into a pack of playing cards; On the back  me at 4 yrs old. Lo and behold! Blueprint ― the answer’s in the cards:  a complete strategy 2 save .  Please follow the cards with me.

I read an interview with James Lovelock,  famous scientist ― Gaia Theory ― predicted only 1bn people left by 2100.   SHOCK! Activism  Plan of Action.

New Scientist Map based on Nasa geothermal map (public info):   I simplified: draw a line level with Paris – below that no life, chimed with 1bn left   2012 Paralympics launched Climate Revolution Aim: work with NGO’s to form coalition:  speak with one voice. Donate    Cool Earth,    Refugee Council + others  Campaign: Greenpeace,   Talk Fracking,    War Child,   The Big Issue,   Sea Shepherd,  Farms not Factories,  Nature-Based Solutions Initiative,    NHS + others.. INSIGHT!  What’s good for the planet is good for the economy, this slogan became the most important playing card: gives direction + context to each step on the way. Ev. followed    I identified the problem: “It’s the economy, Stupid!”  (capitalism)  . This led 2 the solution:   NO MAN’S LAND    Mother Nature Rules.   so, U R right back 2 the slogan, what’s good … etc    Sustainability!

We face Govt Corruption Global: political, economic, legal.  NGO’s have global reach working on the frontline + in the thick of the action 2 ease suffering caused by cc + war. Working tog as a body we will have creative power 2 bring justice + peace.  We R not in time 2 prevent the tipping point without govt. action.

Democracy depends on solidarity between govt, NGO’s + people. Govt must become custodians of land* and administer the use of it to private people. Custodianship takes away power 2 destroy    creates sustainable GLOBAL SOLIDARITY:  Govt working with NGO’s    enforce demands, raise the stakes. / stop Bolsonaro Putin ― no deal with Shell 4 Arctic.

This Manifesto = declaration of intent. The cards R ready to print, waiting 4 corona 2 abate.  Meanwhile we will form our forum, discuss + organize starting with group of NGO’s + charities who will sell the cards + keep profit as working capital. Buy the cards in support of our demands 2 govt. Proof of commitment 2 No Man’s Land

Demands:  Transform Today’s Tax $ystem – In order to achieve   where we are all custodians of land* – No Man’s Land    BEGIN: small tax 2 people who own land. It takes time 2 assess true value of land* according 2 what is sustainable + in public interest   , begin small + increase the tax as analysis adjusts: at this point income tax should reduce Cash flow: begin now even a small % = bonanza.  Untapped trillions of Real Wealth 4 public purse. In today’s unsustainable  of boom + bust, the public purse of the US = $18tr debt. Debt is accounted as an asset never paid back, yet economists still trapped in the fantasy of  growth.

BE SPECIFIC: Stop subsidy 2 industrial fishing. Put the fish back = let nature recuperate, regenerate the ocean , equivalent 2   putting a tax on land*; it is a drain on public purse + it is not true that subsidies mean cheaper food. N.Zealand stopped its subsidies +  reduced the cost. Don’t forget! U R paying for the subsidy with yr tax; U R paying 4 yr fish 2 x. During this time, U can allow sustainable fishing + in 10/30 yrs U will get the fish back – the oceans will be teeming.

BE SPECIFIC: Establish the legal right of indigenous people as custodians of the forest ― & in general   farmers who own land can keep it as custodians if they manage the land sustainably in the public interest.
What ev. will take away from this plan is: NGO’s will form a forum 4 our demands. Save the ocean (1/2 our breath). Save rainforest (1/4 our breath). Stop capitalism asap. NO MAN’S LAND. Vital: Press start 2 tell truth esp financial papers; Massive support from influential creatives (social media).
