The Vivienne Foundation – 16.12.22

We’re working full time on our plan to save the world.  It’s important to let people know what’s happening.  We’re going to be talking about land, about the rainforest, about the oceans and how to achieve a new economy.

Cindy is working with the Trade Unions and this is the letter she just wrote for us:

“Well where do I start, I guess with the Trade Unions, as you are well informed there are lots of strikes which is great, because working people are now forced to survive and I listen to Radio 4 and LBC, my heart breaks when you hear of children as young as 6 years old shoplifting for food, parents not being able to heat their homes. But most of all my heart goes out to the elderly who have worked hard all their life to be treated like shit. People are keeping warm in the library which is great because there is free internet, newspapers and other people to talk to. The Trade Unions that are on strike and everyone is worried about Keir Starmer coming into power, as they all believe that he will set the wheels to start privatising the NHS.

The good news is that Stop the War and the Trade Unions from January will start lobbying the Government to stop the war in Ukraine and the expansion of NATO its positive. There is a big conference on the 21st January in London hosted by Stop the War with all the Trade Union to discuss how to lobby spending cuts on weapons and military.”
