I love your cards this week Vivienne! I agree that we need to stop arms sales immediately, but our governments make too much money off of them. Dear Vivienne,
I recently spent two months in a mental hospital and while I was there I read your diary- it was one of the books that helped me to get well and I believe in your message. But as someone who cares so much about social justice, I wanted to let you know the impact that you, Dave and Fat Tony have had on me, particularly your bullying early last year. You branded me as something that I’m not, parroted back to me all of the worst things I’ve ever thought about myself, turned all of my old friends against me, let me believe that you had damaged my chances of employment… I came back home and I tried to kill myself & actually gave myself a heart attack, I was sectioned, none of my family will speak to me, I’m currently homeless & living in supported accommodation. It’s silly but a year ago I saw a shooting star and I got this idea into my head that last year was going to be my year- I’m not an ambitious person and I’d hoped for a good enough job, nice enough place to live & a boyfriend, but instead you helped to destroy me. I just want you to know that. I still believe in your work.
